Pursuant to General Municipal Law § 209-b, Subdivision 2,
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Scottsville hereby determines that
authorizing the Scottsville Fire Department's emergency rescue and first
aid squad to perform general ambulance service is in the public interest and
hereby authorizes said Scottsville Fire Department's emergency rescue
and first aid squad to furnish general ambulance service as it is defined
under General Municipal Law § 209-b, Subdivision 2.
