§ 255-8 Purchase or possession.

The statutory provisions describing and defining regulations as described in § 254.92, Wis. Stats., are adopted and are incorporated by reference as part of this article.

§ 255-9 Violations and penalties.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article or any rule or regulation made under this article shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-16 of this Code.
