A. 
The following properties, owned, leased or maintained by the Village pursuant to an easement or agreement, are hereby designated as Village parking lots, the use of which for the parking of motor vehicles shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter:
(1) 
Municipal Parking Lot No. 1: located at the rear of 213 Main Street.
(2) 
Municipal Parking Lot No. 2: located on the east side of Main Street opposite Cozzens Avenue.

B. 
A complete description of Municipal Parking Lots is on file with the Police Department and the Village Clerk.
C. 
No vehicle that exceeds 20 feet in length shall be permitted the use of Village-owned or -leased parking lots.

A. 
The Village parking lots designated and described in § 108-41 are hereby designated as parking meter zones, and the provisions of Article V, Metered Parking, of this chapter shall be applicable to such zones except as modified or otherwise provided herein.
B. 
Time limits.
(1) 
The parking meters provided for in this article shall control parking between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on each day except Sundays and holidays.
(2) 
There shall be no parking in the parking meter zones provided in this article between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(3) 
In addition to any other provisions provided in this chapter, it shall be unlawful to cause a vehicle to be parked for a period of more than 48 consecutive hours in any Village parking lot.
C. 
Each of the aforesaid Village parking lots shall be marked and indicated by suitable signs stating when and for what period public parking is prohibited.
D. 
The Police Commissioner may, by regulation, establish reasonable additional regulations to ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of the Village parking lots and the control of parking in the Village parking lots.
In addition to any other penalties which may be provided in this chapter, any vehicle parked illegally as provided by this article may be removed and stored as provided in Article VII, Removal and Storage of Vehicles.
