Reports of officers, boards, committees and commissions intended
for publication in the Annual Town Report shall be delivered to the
Town Administrator or his or her designee not later than March 15
of each year.

The Annual Town Report shall be published and
available for distribution at least seven (7) days before the first
session of the Annual Town Meeting.

A.
Purpose. The Annual Town Report shall contain those reports required by state law as well as those listed in Subsection C, below, in order to enable the citizens of the Town to become better informed about their local government and to create a primary document for future historical reference.
B.
Identification of individuals. The Annual Town Report shall contain
the names of all persons who have served as members of any board,
committee or commission of the Town during the preceding year, as
well as the names of all individual Town officers. The "Vital Statistics"
section of the Annual Town Report shall set forth the numbers of births,
marriages and deaths within the Town in the preceding year, but shall
not identify by name the persons so born, married or deceased.
