The Treasurer, by and with the consent in writing
of the Town Council, is hereby authorized to assign from time to time
such tax titles as he may hold for the Town for not less than the
full amount due the Town thereon.
The Treasurer, by and with the consent in writing
of the Town Council, is authorized to sell and convey by a sufficient
deed such property as the Town acquires under foreclosed tax titles.
