The purpose of the P-D Planned Development Districts
is to permit the establishment of areas in which diverse uses may
be brought together in a unified plan of development utilizing flexible
land use standards and design criteria.
In P-D Planned Development Districts, land and
buildings may be used for any lawful purpose as determined by the
Village Board, subject to the limitations and procedures contained
in this article.
P-D Planned Development Districts shall comprise
not less than 10 acres.
The Village Board shall authorize the following large-scale planned developments as Planned Development Districts under the conditions set forth in §§
215-41 through
215-44.
A. Modular home developments.
B. Single-family housing developments.
