No travel trailers and/or recreational vehicles stored or parked on private residential property shall obstruct the vision of others attempting to exit a neighboring driveway.

A travel trailer or recreational vehicle stored or parked on private residential property may not be used as a temporary residence for the property owner or visitors.

Any infraction of the above rules shall incur a fine of $100 per day as long as it remains uncorrected after a deadline given by the City Manager and/or his/her designee by certified mail.
