Fees for records shall be as set forth in Chapter 41, Records, Article I, of the Code of the Village of Fort Plain.

Pursuant to Chapter 61, Auctions, of the Code of the Village of Fort Plain, the following fees are established:
A. 
The fee for an auction house shall be a one-time fee of $100, due upon the application for a license.
B. 
The fee for any other auctions not held in an auction house as authorized by the Fort Plain Code shall be $75 per day.
Pursuant to Chapter 72, Buildings, Moving of, of the Code of the Village of Fort Plain, the following fees are established:
A. 
Permits: $25 and liability insurance commensurate with project.
Pursuant to Chapter 134, Peddling and Soliciting, of the Code of the Village of Fort Plain, the following fees are established:
A. 
Peddling and soliciting permit: $25 per day.
B. 
Vendor fee: $50 per month.

The reasonable expense for labor, equipment and materials incurred for removal of snow and from public sidewalks and to be charged pursuant to Code §§ 157-16 and 157-17 shall be $25 on the first occasion, $50 on the second occasion in any one fiscal year and $100 on any subsequent occasions in any one fiscal year.
Pursuant to Chapter 161, Subdivision of Land, of the Code of the Village of Fort Plain, the following fees are established:
A. 
Filing fee: $1 per lot, with a minimum of $20 per plat.
Pursuant to Chapter 192, Zoning, of the Code of the Village of Fort Plain, the following fees are established:
A. 
Excavation permit: none.[1]
