Pursuant to the provisions of § 18 of the Public Officers
Law of the State of New York, as adopted by Chapter 277 of the Laws of 1981,
the governing body of the Village of Montour Falls hereby agrees to be held
liable for costs incurred under the provisions of such section by conferring
upon all officers and all employees of the Village of Montour
Falls the benefits of such law.
