[Amended 12-18-2001]
No building permit shall be issued by the Construction Official for any proposed structure unless and until the Township Engineer shall have approved a detailed site grading plan submitted in accordance with this chapter. If the proposed land disturbance as shown on the detailed site grading plan extends beyond the limit of land disturbance as shown on an approved soil erosion and sediment control plan, no permit will be issued, and the applicant shall apply to the appropriate Board for approval to amend the lot grading plan and soil erosion and sediment control plan. Upon approval or denial of any site grading plan required by this chapter, the Secretary of the Planning Board shall forthwith notify the Construction Official thereof.
No certificate of occupancy shall be issued by the Construction Official unless and until proof has been submitted to him/her or her that all conditions of the site grading plan approval have been fully met and complied with, including verification of compliance from the Township Engineer that there has been no land disturbance beyond the limit of land disturbance as shown on the approved detailed grading plan and soil erosion and sediment control plan.
