Arterial streets: The developer shall consult
with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Borough Manager
and Engineer, if any, for the method of construction to be used.

The ID-2 wearing course is not to be applied
until after all development is completed and improvements are installed.

Pipe underdrains shall be installed in accordance
with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Form 408, Section 610,
as the same may be amended, in such locations and in such quantities
as determined by the Borough Manager or Engineer.
