No person or persons shall be permitted to participate in, organize
or conduct any parades, shows or exhibitions of any kind on the streets or
public places of the village, except by resolution of the Board of Trustees
of the village.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this chapter shall be liable to a penalty of not to exceed $250
or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
Any person violating this chapter shall be liable to
the penalty herein prescribed, to be prosecuted for and collected in the manner
prescribed by law with costs of proceedings.
