The town voted to accept the fees collected by the Town Clerk as agent
for the state (MGL c. 131, § 17, fish and wildlife) and Uniform
Commercial Code fees, subject to the appropriation of salaries as of fiscal
1989.[1]

were removed at the direction of the Town in 2006.

agent for the town (MGL c. 60, § 23), subject to the appropriation
of salaries as of fiscal 1989.
