§ 148-12 (Reserved) [1]

§ 148-13 Violations and penalties.

Any person convicted of a violation of any rule, regulation or order made hereunder, except as otherwise provided, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding twenty dollars ($20.) for each offense.[1]
