A.
The Township of Oldmans Registrar of Vital Statistics
shall charge the following fees to provide copies of official records
unless a different fee is prescribed by state statute. All fees collected
shall be remitted to the Treasurer of the Township of Oldmans.

Any payments made for certified copies of vital
records obtained as a result of a search shall be credited toward
the search fees.

B.
In addition to the fees authorized above, the Registrar
shall be entitled to recover all out-of-pocket expenses for such things
as postage and telephone toll charges.
