As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
CAMPSITE or TRAILER CAMP
Any lot or plot of ground used primarily for the temporary
or seasonal storage, parking or location of one or more trailers or
camp cars and which place is used as a business operated for profit.
MOBILE HOME PARK
Any lot or plot of ground used primarily for the permanent
storage, parking or location of one or more trailers or camp cars
and which place is used as a business operated for profit.
TRAILER, MOBILE HOME or CAMP CAR
Any unit designed and used for living or sleeping purposes
which is equipped with wheels or similar devices used for the purpose
of transporting said unit from place to place, whether by motive power
or other means, and without a permanent foundation other than wheels,
jacks or skirtings.
No person or persons, firm or corporation owning,
renting or leasing any trailer, camp car or mobile home shall locate,
park, keep or maintain said trailer, camp car or mobile home upon
any lot or tract of land within the Township of Oldmans aforesaid,
except upon a trailer camp or campsite conducted, maintained and licensed
in full and complete compliance with all the provisions of this chapter.
Licenses to conduct a mobile home park or trailer
camp shall be limited to a total of not more than two.

A violation of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
II, General Penalty.
