The following words and terms, as used in this chapter, shall have the
meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, unless the context
clearly indicates a different meaning:
MOBILE HOME
A structure which is mounted or designed for mounting on wheels which
is equipped for sleeping and living quarters for one or more persons. Its
main purpose is for parking in a mobile home park for an indefinite period
of time as a permanent resident.
MOBILE HOME PARK
Any lot, parcel or tract of land designed, maintained or intended
for the purpose of supplying a location or accommodations for any mobile home
or upon which any mobile home is parked or located, whether or not a charge
is made for the use of the mobile home park and its facilities, and shall
include all buildings and structures used or intended for use as a part of
the equipment thereof. The term "mobile home park" shall not include any private
property, automobile or trailer sales lot on which any unoccupied mobile home
or recreational vehicle is parked for the purpose of inspection and sale.
PERSON
Any natural person, partnership, firm, association or corporation.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE
A structure which is mounted, or designed for mounting on wheels
or not, which is equipped for sleeping or living quarters for one or more
persons. Its purpose is generally used for camping on weekends and vacations.
Classified as recreational vehicles are motor homes, travel trailers, tent
trailers and pickup camper coaches. A motor home is a self-propelled vehicle.
The term "recreational vehicle" shall include boats, watercraft and trailers
designed to transport the same.

No person shall occupy any recreational vehicle or mobile home for sleeping
or living quarters in the Borough of Baden, except a mobile home which may
be parked in a mobile home park, and said home shall conform to and comply
with all plumbing, electrical, sanitary and all such ordinances of the Borough
applicable to such structures, unless said mobile home was in existence prior
to adoption of Ordinance No. 488.
No person shall operate, maintain or occupy any mobile home park within
the Borough unless said trailer park was in existence prior to the adoption
of Ordinance No. 488, the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Baden, enacted
on September 29, 1959.
No person shall make any change or alteration of such existing mobile
home park without the express approval of the Borough Council.
No person shall park or locate any mobile home or allow to stand upon
any street, alley or public right-of-way, other public place or upon any tract
of land, occupied or unoccupied, within the Borough of Baden, except as provided
by this chapter.

Recreational vehicles shall be parked or stored in a private garage
or in a side or rear yard. Parking on streets shall be permitted during the
spring, summer and fall months for no longer a period than 72 hours. Between
November 1 and April 15, they shall be parked or stored as mentioned above
or in such place which provides storage facilities for recreational vehicles.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon
conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $300 and costs
of such proceedings or, upon default of payment of such fine and costs, by
imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than 30 days.
