As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
DISORDERLY HOUSE
Any building or structure or any part thereof which is used
for gambling or which is frequented by prostitutes, criminals, gamblers,
vagrants or persons violating the law or in which the law is habitually
violated.
A person who shall be guilty of keeping an ill-governed
or disorderly house or place, for the encouragement of idleness, gaming,
drinking or misbehavior, or to the disturbance of the peaceable inhabitants
within the limits of the Borough of Baden, shall, upon conviction
thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $300 and costs of
such proceedings or, upon default of payment of such fine and costs,
by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than 30
days.
It shall be unlawful for any person to frequent
any ill-governed or disorderly house kept to the encouragement of
idleness, gaming, drinking or other misbehavior within the limits
of the Borough of Baden. Any person frequenting or visiting such disorderly
house for the purpose of drinking, gaming or engaging in any other
misbehavior therein shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable
by a fine of not more than $300 and costs of such proceedings or,
upon default of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment in
the county jail for a term of not more than 30 days.
