It shall be unlawful for any licensee to permit
any person to consume any alcoholic beverage on Class C license premises
at any time or on Class A, B, D, E or F license premises except during
the hours when the license permits the sale of alcoholic beverages
on such premises.

It shall be unlawful on any license premises
to sell or offer for sale at retail or allow the consumption of any
alcoholic beverages except during the following hours:
A. Class A, B, C, D, E or F licenses:
(1) Monday through Saturday, inclusive: from 6:00 a.m.
to 1:00 a.m. the following day.
(2) Sunday: from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
B. In addition, on December 31, hours for all classes
of license shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. New Years Day.
All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic
beverages shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall
be kept in full compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois
and the applicable ordinances of McLean County regulating the condition
of premises used for the storage or sale of food for human consumption,
as provided in the McLean County Food Service Establishment Ordinance
adopted June 17, 1980, as amended, and the McLean County Retail Food
Store Ordinance adopted April 15, 1980, as amended.
All employees shall meet any applicable requirements of the food ordinances referred to in §
5-32 herein.

No licensee shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic
beverage to any person under the age provided by the law of the State
of Illinois for purchasing or possessing alcoholic beverages or to
any intoxicated or disorderly person.

A. It shall
be unlawful for any licensee under this chapter to keep for sale,
offer for sale, or sell for any commercial consideration any alcoholic
liquor or spirits that are packaged by the manufacturer for individual
sale in a container of less than one pint (473 m1) by volume.
(1) Nothing
in this section is intended to restrict the sale of beer or wine,
as those terms are defined in this chapter.
B. It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this chapter to keep for sale, offer for sale, or sell for any commercial consideration any synthetic drug, look-alike substance, or item of drug paraphernalia, as those terms are defined in §
135-45 of this Code.
