GENERAL REFERENCES
Blasting — See Ch. 97.
A fee as determined by the Town Board shall
be and hereby is charged for a permit to discharge fireworks pursuant
to § 405.00 of the Penal Law.
The Building Official is hereby authorized to
issue said permit and collect said fee, provided that the applicant
for such permit has complied in all respects with § 405.00
of the Penal Law.
