The Town shall repeal all the By-laws of the Town of Ashland,
with the specific exception of the Zoning By-laws, and adopt substantially
the same said by-laws in the form and with the numbering and organizational
system contained in the document entitled the Code of the Town of
Ashland, Massachusetts, as prepared by the Town of Ashland By-Law
Review Committee and General Code Publishers, Corp. of Rochester,
New York.
