It shall be unlawful to obstruct or park a vehicle
in any fire lane, such fire lane to be designated by the Select Board
upon the recommendation of the Chief of the Fire Department and posted
as such, said fire lane to be a distance of twelve (12) feet from
the curbing of a sidewalk in a shopping center, bowling establishment,
theater or similar locations. Where no sidewalk with curbing exists,
the distance shall be eighteen (18) feet from the building.
