General Bylaws)]
There shall be a Planning Board consisting of five members, each elected for a five-year term, who shall choose a chairman and a Clerk and shall act by majority vote, except as may be otherwise required by the General Laws of the Commonwealth. (Charter § C-2.12A)
The Planning Board shall have all of the powers and duties conferred upon it by the Charter, the Town bylaws, votes of Town Meetings, and the General Laws of the Commonwealth. (Charter § C-2.12B)
