General Bylaws)]
There shall be a Board of Park Commissioners consisting of three members, each elected for a three-year term, who shall choose a chairman and shall act by majority vote. (Charter § C-2.15A)
The Board of Park Commissioners shall have all of the powers and duties conferred upon it by the Charter, the Town bylaws, votes of Town Meetings, and the General Laws of the Commonwealth. (Charter § C-2.15B)
