Town of Rockland, MA Article II Dog Licensing

§ 177-4 Licensing required.

All dogs must be licensed by the owner on or before May 1 of each year, pursuant to MGL c. 140, §§ 136A through 174E.

§ 177-5 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates this bylaw shall be subject to a fine of not more than $25 for each dog not licensed.
