Fees — See Ch. A157.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as "Fees, Licenses and
Permits."
The intent of this chapter is to allow the periodic adjustment of fees under Chapter A157 of the Code of the Town of Phelps.
This chapter is adopted due to changing economic conditions and cost
of processing of permits and license requirements under the Town of Phelps
Town Code.
The changes in fees will be accomplished by a simple majority resolution
of the Phelps Town Board to allow the changing of fee amounts.
