Unless another penalty is specifically provided
for late payments, any taxpayer who shall fail to make payment of
any tax imposed by the Township of West Deer charged against him or
her for four months after the date of the tax notice shall be charged
a penalty of 10%, which penalty shall be added to the tax by the tax
collector and be collected by him or her.
