Township of West Deer, PA Article IX Certifications

§ 189-81 Authorization; fee.

The Tax Collector of the Township of West Deer is empowered and authorized to provide tax certifications upon request. Such certifications shall be provided at a fee per property as set by resolution of the Board of Supervisors and payable to the Tax Collector. All prior certifications and fees collected by the Tax Collector are hereby ratified.
