The "total assessed value," as referred to in Article III, entitled "Veterans Tax Exemption," of this Chapter 209 of the Village of Depew Municipal Code[1] shall hereby refer to the maximum home value cap of $120,000
permitted pursuant to Real Property Tax Law § 458-a and
applicable to eligible veterans.
