[Adopted 12-13-1996 as Ch. 50, Art.
III, of the 1966 Code]
No person shall drive or cause to be driven
upon and over any Town paved or hard surfaced highways, any tractor
or other vehicle equipped with iron or steel lugs on the wheels thereof.
[Amended 10-12-1999 by L.L. No. 1-1999]
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Article VI of this chapter.
