No person shall plant any tree between the curbline
and street line in the Village of Yorkville unless of a species approved
by the Board of Trustees.
[Added at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions,
Art. I)]
Any person who shall commit an offense against any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in § 1-14, Penalties for offenses.
