The Secretary of Fairview Township is hereby
authorized to create a written application, which is to be completed
by any individual and/or entity seeking to transfer a liquor license
into Fairview Township in order to provide the necessary and complete
information to effectuate the transfer of the liquor license into
Fairview Township.

Fairview Township does hereby establish a filing
fee, as set from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors,
which shall be paid contemporaneously with the filing of the application,
which application must be filed with the Secretary of Fairview Township
prior to being processed and advertised for a public hearing by Fairview
Township. The filing fee is imposed in order to recoup the costs incurred
by Fairview Township, such as but not limited to advertising costs,
costs associated with processing the application, postage, long distance
phone charges, photo copying, etc. Said fee is nonrefundable and wholly
earned when paid to Fairview Township irrespective of whether the
application is approved or denied.
