§ 23-1 Creation.

A Planning Commission is hereby established.

§ 23-2 Membership and term.

The Commission shall have seven members, each serving a four-year term.

§ 23-3 Functions.

The powers, duties and operations of the Commission shall be as set forth in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code[1] or other applicable state law.

§ 23-4 Saving provision.

This chapter shall not affect any act done or any right vested under the authority of any ordinance hereby repealed.

§ 23-5 Authority.

This chapter is enacted pursuant to Section 201 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.[1]
