shall operate or conduct any game of chance as the same is defined
in the Bingo Licensing Law, N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq., and the Raffles
Licensing Law, N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq., or as both may hereafter be
amended and supplemented, without first obtaining a license therefor
from the Board of Commissioners of the City of Bordentown, which license
shall be issued to bona fide organizations or associations
of veterans of any war in which the United States has been engaged,

Control Commission of the State of New Jersey.
Whenever a licensee is issued a license to conduct games of
bingo on Saturdays of each week and such a Saturday shall fall upon
January 1, December 24, December 25 or December 31 in any given year
and such games are not conducted on such a Saturday by the licensee
or on any other Saturday, such licensee may, upon approval by the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Bordentown, be issued a special
license for a Sunday; provided, however, that the games on Sunday
shall be commenced at 12:01 a.m. and shall begin immediately following
any regularly licensed and conducted Saturday evening games.
Violation of any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
