Block 902/Lot 20 and that portion of Lot 23
recently subdivided and to become a part of Lot 20 shall be rezoned
from R-3 Residential to L/M Inclusionary Zoning.
Block 1101/Lot 5 shall be rezoned from R-3 Residential
to L/M Inclusionary Zoning.
There shall be created a new zoning district
entitled "L/M Inclusionary Zoning" which shall require the following.
A. All development shall include a 20% set aside for
low and moderate-income housing units as that term is defined by the
council on Affordable Housing (COAH) pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:94 et
seq.
B. All development shall conform to the bulk and design
standards of residential development in the R-3 Residential Zoning
District.
