GENERAL REFERENCES
Alcoholic beverages — See Ch. 85.
The Board of Supervisors of Loyalsock Township does hereby establish that the following acts are prohibited on the premises of such public parks and recreation areas owned by Loyalsock Township Board of Supervisors:
A. 
The possession, use or consumption of alcoholic or malt beverages.
B. 
The possession, use or operation of off-road vehicles, including but not limited to minibikes, motorcycles, three- and four-wheel all-terrain vehicles (ATV's) and go-carts.
C. 
The possession, use or operation of snowmobiles.
D. 
Overnight camping.
E. 
The possession of air rifles, including but not limited to pellet guns, BB guns, etc.
A. 
The closing time for such parks and recreation areas shall be as follows:

B. 
Unless the time is extended by the Board of Supervisors of Loyalsock Township or the Loyalsock Township Recreation Board for a scheduled, supervised activity, in which event, the closing time shall be 1/2 hour after the completion of such activity.
C. 
Parks shall reopen at 5:30 a.m. each day.
D. 
No unauthorized person shall be on the premises after the closing time.
E. 
Closing times for the tennis courts shall be as follows:

F. 
The Loyalsock Township Recreation Board is authorized by the Board of Supervisors of Loyalsock Township to establish regulations for hours of operation of artificial lighting at facilities in parks owned and operated by the Loyalsock Township Board of Supervisors. Such regulations must have the approval of the Board of Supervisors of Loyalsock Township and shall be dated and become an integral part of this chapter. Each revision or modification will be complete, dated and supersede previous revisions.
Parking of motor vehicles shall be in designated areas only.
The speed limit of motor vehicles within the parks or recreation areas shall be 10 miles per hour.

This chapter shall be enforced by action brought before a District Justice in the same manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure. Any person who violates or permits the violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days. Each day or portion thereof that such violation continues or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. Each section of this chapter that is violated shall also constitute a separate offense.
