12-foot lane widths, 2 stabilized shoulders, 10-foot widths.

Local major streets:

Class A: 60-foot right-of-way, 36-foot pavement, rolled curbs, sidewalks
5 feet each side adjacent to curb.

Class B: 60-foot right-of-way, 24-foot pavement.

Minor streets: 50-foot right-of-way, 26-foot pavement, rolled curb,
sidewalks 5 feet each side adjacent to curb.

Marginal access streets: 40-foot right-of-way, 20-foot or 22-foot pavement,
rolled curb, sidewalk 5 feet one side.

Streets connecting development with existing improved street system:

or specifications of sanitary sewers, fire hydrants, telephone lines, gas

NOTE: Data sheets referred to above are FHA standard which appear in
the current edition of the Federal Housing Administration Land Planning Bulletin
No. 3 entitled "Neighborhood Standards, Western Pennsylvania," or such similar
standards as may be established by the City of Monessen from time to time.
