The Board of the Township hereby expresses its
desire to participate in and/or purchase off-purchase contracts for
material, supplies and equipment heretofore entered into and hereinafter
entered into by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, subject
to terms and conditions the Pennsylvania Department of General Services
has heretofore prescribed and shall hereafter prescribe, including
the condition that it will be responsible for payment directly to
the vendor under each contract.
The Board of the Township hereby agrees to be
bound by the terms and conditions heretofore and hereafter prescribed
by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, including the
condition that it will be responsible for payment directly to the
vendor under each contract.
