Legalized games of chance for which licenses
and permits have been issued by the Township committee, under N.J.S.A.
5:8-50 et seq., may, when specified in the permit, be conducted on
the first day of the week, commonly known as Sunday.

The Township Clerk is hereby authorized and delegated the authority
to approve the granting of raffle and bingo licenses to be held in
the Township of Mansfield.
