A. 
The loading or unloading of any commercial vehicle or commercial equipment, including solid waste collection vehicles, within 200 feet of a residentially occupied structure shall be prohibited on Sundays and between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any other day.
B. 
Operating or permitting the operation of any tools or equipment used in construction, drilling, earthmoving, excavating or demolition work between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on the weekdays or at any time on weekends or legal holidays shall be prohibited, except:
(1) 
For emergency work; or
(2) 
As otherwise permitted by the Construction Code Official.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty as provided in § 1-15, General penalty, of this Code.
