It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle on any public highway in the Borough of Runnemede in such a manner as would frighten or tend to frighten or would injure or tend to injure any animal on any public highway.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle on any public highway in the Borough of Runnemede in such a manner as would annoy or injure or tend to annoy or injure any person on any public highway in said Borough.
It shall be unlawful for any person to do any act in the public streets or places in the Borough of Runnemede which would tend to frighten or injure any animal or to annoy or injure any person.
It shall be unlawful for any person to do any act which would tend to frighten or injure any animal or to annoy or injure any person, such animal or person being in a public street or place.

A.
The loading or unloading of any commercial vehicle or commercial equipment, including solid waste collection vehicles, within 200 feet of a residentially occupied structure shall be prohibited on Sundays and between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any other day.
B.
Operating or permitting the operation of any tools or equipment used in construction, drilling, earthmoving, excavating or demolition work between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on the weekdays or at any time on weekends or legal holidays shall be prohibited, except:
