This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as the "New Hope Borough Park and Recreation Board Ordinance."
The purpose of this chapter is to create and
establish an advisory board for the Borough of New Hope. This board
will advise the Borough Council on all matters pertaining to parks,
open space, and recreation lands and programs and the operation and
maintenance of such lands in New Hope Borough. The chapter also establishes
rules and regulations for the use and enjoyment of Borough-owned lands,
open space, and parks and fixes penalties for violations thereof.
