In addition to the requirements for Board meetings
as prescribed in §§ 3.12 and 3.14 of the Home Rule
Charter, the following rules shall pertain to all meetings of the
Board:
A. Notice. The responsibility for all written notices
and public advertisements shall rest with the Secretary.
B. Continuation of adjourned meetings. The Board may
adjourn any organizational, regular or special meetings to a specified
time, reconvene such meeting and take action at the continuation thereof,
provided that notice of the time and place of the continuation was
announced prior to adjournment. The Board may act upon any matter
at a continued meeting which had been considered or tabled prior to
adjournment. No motion shall be required to reschedule a continuation,
as the scheduling shall be determined by the officer presiding at
the time the adjournment.
C. Emergency meetings. In the event the Board shall decree
a state of emergency resulting from a natural or man-made disaster,
public notice of meeting shall be waived. The Board may hold and take
action at an emergency meeting at any time, upon the call of the President
of the Board, or the Vice President in his absence, or the Mayor or
any member of the Board; provided that such meeting is attended by
at least a majority of all members of the Board.

D. Board receipt of minutes of public meetings. Each
member of the Board shall receive minutes of all public meetings of
the Board no later than 30 calendar days following each meeting. This
requirement shall be met by the Township Secretary who shall be entitled
to the use of stenographic services provided by the Township.
In addition to the provisions of the Home Rule Charter, as contained in Article
III, § 3.15 thereof, at all meetings of the Board, reasonable opportunity shall be granted to all interested citizens to exercise their rights and privilege to lay legitimate matters before the Board. The Board may prescribe proper procedure for citizen presentation to insure that at all times proper parliamentary decorum shall be observed.

A. Each member of the Board elected or appointed to office
on or after the date hereof shall receive compensation as a Commissioner
in the annual amount of $4,125.
B. Such compensation shall be paid in monthly installments.

Any Township property possessed by a member
of this Board upon the completion of his/her term of office shall
be promptly returned to the Township, with due notice of the return
of the Township Secretary.
