The site of government for the Township of Whitehall
is hereby established at the municipal building located at 3219 MacArthur
Road, Whitehall, Pennsylvania.

All meetings of the Board of Commissioners and
all Township business shall be conducted at and from said site, or
at such other location as shall be designated in a lawful public notice,
following approval of such other location by the Board of Commissioners.

All governmental functions for and on behalf
of the Township of Whitehall and its citizens including, but not limited
to, the following, shall be located at and performed from the municipal
building, except to the extent that another location for performance
is designated and approved by the Board of Commissioners:
A. Meetings of the Board of Commissioners.
B. Managerial and executive functions performed for the
Township.
C. Chief of Fire Department and his various appointees
and subordinates.
D. The Township Treasurer's office, including collection
of taxes, and the various functions of the Treasurer's office. The
municipal building shall be the only central office for the collection
of Township taxes.
E. Storage and maintenance of Township records and files.
F. Use as an emergency operating center for Sector 3
of the Whitehall-Coplay Civil Defense Area.
G. Meetings of the various board and agencies as created
by the Township of Whitehall.
H. Maintenance and storage of various Township equipment
as may be decided upon by the Board of Commissioners.
I. Any other use by various departments of Township government
as may, from time to time, be designated by the Board of Commissioners.

The municipal building may be used by all officials,
elected or appointed, and by the employees or appointees of the various
departments, agencies or board of the Township of Whitehall during
normal business hours.

The hours of operation of the municipal building
for normal government functions shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,
E.S.T., E.D.S.T., as the case may be, from Monday through Friday,
inclusive, excepting such holidays as may be decided upon by the Board
of Commissioners.

The said municipal building may be used for
any public functions or purposes, other than those specified herein,
as from time to time the Board of Commissioners may so decide, indicating
the hours of use and the rental for said use, if any.
