The Board of Commissioners hereby authorizes
the Mayor to create and maintain a system for the determination of
fees and charges to be assessed by the Township for services which
the Township provides. The fees and charges so established shall become
effective upon approval thereof by resolution of the Board of Commissioners
and thereupon shall be maintained on a Schedule of Fees and Charges
which shall be readily available to the public through the office
of the Mayor or his designee.
