All streets now or hereafter legally opened
and adopted, by ordinance or otherwise, shall be of a uniform width
of 36 feet between curblines, except for any and all streets for which
a different width shall have been or shall hereafter be specifically
established by ordinance.

Local streets shall have a minimum right-of-way
of 55 feet, with a minimum cartway width of 36 feet.
