Sketch plan. A sketch plan for a development shall be drafted in accordance with this section and show, at a minimum, the following information on a plan, which shall be black line on white paper, or blue prints, at a size no greater than 30 inches by 42 inches:

Location Map. The plan shall include a location map to show the general location of the subdivision tract in relation to adjacent properties, streets, and streams and current zoning district boundary lines. The location map shall be drawn at one of the following scales:
1 inch = 800 feet; 1 inch = 1,000 feet; 1 inch = 2,000 feet |

Title block. A title block at the bottom center or at the bottom right of the plan showing:

Developer's statement. A signed statement that the developer is the owner, equitable owner or authorized by the owner to make application for the land development. See Appendix C[1] attached hereto.

Site data. Site data including:
(a)
Total acreage of all tracts subject to the land development.
(b)
Number of lots proposed and area in square feet or acres for each lot.
(c)
Linear feet of new streets proposed.
(d)
Type of water supply system proposed.
(e)
Type of sewage disposal system proposed.
(f)
Zoning district or zoning district boundary lines.
(g)
Tax map sheet, block, and lot number from Lehigh County tax assessment records.
(5)
Magnetic north arrow near the upper right hand corner.
(6)
Topographic contours from available data (may be obtained from United States Geological Surveys unless otherwise required by the Township Engineer).
(7)
Proposed lot and street layout with dimensions of lots and street rights-of-way to the nearest foot.
(8)
Property boundaries within the site and within 200 feet of the site (which may be obtained from the Lehigh County tax assessment tax maps or similar source).
(9)
Phasing plan, if proposed.
