City of Northampton, MA Chapter 329 Waterways

§ 329-1 Funding for waterways.

The Conservation Commission shall make recommendations over all sums received and paid into the City treasury for the Waterways Improvement and Maintenance Fund as promulgated by MGL c. 40, § 5, and the Committee shall make recommendations for distributing monies received into said fund in conformity with the laws of the commonwealth.
