The Board of Trustees shall establish and may
amend from time to time, by resolution, a schedule of rates and charges,
including the following:
A.
Tapping fee.
B.
Flat rates, minimum water rents and schedule of water
rents both for residents and nonresidents. Double rates apply for
nonresident users.
C.
The cost of service pipes from the main to the curb
cock, including the installation of the curb cock, which cost shall
be paid upon application for water service, including a minimum charge.
D.
Service charges, such as for discontinuance of service,
restoration of service, special meter readings and meter tests.
E.
Regulations for nonpayment of water rents, including
discontinuance of service and penalties.
