Wherever it appears that a project will cause the destruction, disturbance, damage or removal of permanent geodetic control points, peripheral survey points or any other geodetic survey control points which are part of the Town's control network, the record owner, developer or legal representative of the parcel of land where the control point(s) lies shall provide the Engineer 60 days' advance written notice. This notification shall be in written letter form and sent without delay as soon as the record owner becomes aware of the apparent control point destruction. It shall be the responsibility of the record owner to conform with the all procedures of Article
III, Preservation Requirements.
