No person shall damage, injure, deface, remove, cut or change any of the trees, plants, shrubs, turf, building structures or fixtures located within any public park of the Borough.
No person shall remove any property from any of the public parks within the Borough.
No conduct shall be permitted within any public park within the Borough which causes annoyance to any other person, nor shall obscene language be used, nor shall conduct of any immoral or indecent nature be permitted.
No person shall sell, or set up any booth, table or stand for the sale of any article within the limits of any park areas within the Borough without the consent of Borough Council.
No person shall dispose of any waste or garbage or trash in the public parks of the Borough, except in a receptacle designated for such purpose.
No person shall injure, deface, destroy or damage any notice, rule or regulation posted any place within the public parks of the Borough, nor shall any person post any notice or placard other than an official sign or notice posted within the public parks of the Borough.
No person shall bring any alcoholic beverages or any drugs to any public park of the Borough, nor shall any person use or possess the same within the public parks of the Borough.
No person, other than officers of the law, shall carry any firearms or any equipment that can discharge a missile within the limits of any public park within the Borough, nor shall any person engage in hunting within any public park within the Borough.
Minibikes, motorbikes, go-carts, snowmobiles or any other like vehicle propelled by a gasoline internal combustion engine or propelled by any other kind of fuel are expressly prohibited in any public park area in the Borough, unless otherwise established by resolution duly passed by the Borough Council.
No camping shall be permitted in any public park of the Borough.
Any and all pets shall be properly restrained in any public park of the Borough.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof by a Magisterial District Judge within the magisterial district of the Borough of Trappe, pay a fine of not more than $300 and, upon default of payment of the same, be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not more than 10 days.
